Rougie mousse containing 50% Duck Foie Gras (fatty liver) and fat from Quebec, Canada, that has been marinated in Armagnac brandy and Tawny port wine


Duck foie gras, duck fat, water, whole liquid eggs, Armagnac brandy (Armagnac brandy, salt, pepper), port wine (Tawny port wine, salt, pepper, sulfites), salt, sugar, white pepper, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrate

Directions for Use:

Refrigerate 20 minutes before opening. Remove both sides and gently slide out by applying presure on one end

Tasting Suggestions:

  • Warm knife blade with hot water before slicing
  • Serve on sliced bread
