It is obtained by natural leavening of our sourdough and is the result of a patient 72-hour craftsmanship. The Classic Panettone Magnum has a yellow, soft and well-alveolated dough, enriched with juicy sultanas, candied “Sicilian Orange” peel and candied “Diamante citron-Calabria”. The 5kg Magnum is part of a limited edition, designed to celebrate special occasions with the sweetness and quality of Made in Loison products.
