
Fratelli Aprile extra virgin oils are monocultivar, which means they are obtained by crushing a single variety of olives, in total purity. This process provides oils with unique aromas and a refined flavor and an acidity level of 0.18%. Moreover, the entire oil production process takes place within the firm to guarantee a superior quality. Biancolilla cultivar olives are hand-picked at the correct stage of maturation, from October 1 to November 15, and are carefully selected and continuously cold-pressed within six hours of harvesting.
