The artisanal Panettone with citrus fruits is soft and has an unmistakable aroma, obtained by natural leavening, starting from sourdough, and is the result of 72 hours of patient craftsmanship. The yellow and well-alveolated dough is rich in candied orange, citron, lemon, mandarin and chinotto, which give intense citrus flavours and aromas.
